Kim Jong Un resume, his theory bullets and food. King Jong Un knows that North Korea is an isolated country from the world, specially from the western world. And this isolation makes his country low technology support, low management and technique aid, as well as few economic aid. And on other hand, North Korea must suffer the heavey spending of "military first politics" defense so that to make his sovereignty far away from the overthrow by "capitalist" country.

One day in september 2010, at one official visiting factory, Kim Jong Un told the followers that Food is more important than Bullets now, "In the past we must possess bullet even no food, and now we must have food even no bullet", and also said in December 6, 2010 "in 3 years, let the North Korean people has the capabilty to eat rice, drink meat soup, and reside in brick and tile-roofed house, wear silk clothes".
This the a sign that the new leader Kim Jong Un will transfer "Military first" to "Food first". It stated that economic affairs will play important roles in future North Korean political life.
